It has been said that wounded healers flock to the psychology and psychotherapy profession. I did that after working in bioenvironmental engineering and then communications. As a military brat who was constantly on the move, I found people and the environment continually interested me. I'm aware of my wounds and sensitivities and feel they have helped me work with others. Compassion is my middle name and I believe there's a special place for all of us. It is my highest honor and privilege to provide a safe place where people can be real, safe, supported, and genuinely cared about as they navigate the ups and downs of their lives. To be vulnerable and feel is courageous and I applaud you. If you found this site and are seeking some solutions for healing and guidance in your life, I hope these posts help.
